What We Offer

Join TobyLauren for a foraging walk to get excited about the world we live in. We will identify 10 to 20 in-season plants and fungi and discuss their uses.

Amanita Muscaria Tincture

amustincture.jpg

“The fly agaric (Amanita muscaria) mushroom has been used medicinally for hundreds of years among tribal peoples in Siberia, as well as in parts of Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Russia, where it has been used both topically and internally for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic, and stimulant properties.”

- Fly Agaric: A Compendium of History, Pharmacology, Mythology, & Exploration, by Kevin Feeney, PhD, JD

We use a few drops topically for nerve pain such as sciatica, and find it incredibly effective. Some find it beneficial as a sleep aid and antidepressant. We encourage topical use, and recommend you do your own research before taking internally.

Due to misunderstandings about what constitutes "psychedelic" or 'magic' mushrooms, online payment processors do not allow us to sell this tincture via our website. (Trust us, we've tried all the vendors.) Purchases may be made from our homestead with cash, or via e-transfer.
